									<p>&#8211; 「知道」和「做到」完全是2碼子的事情</p><p>&#8211; 當我在看書時，有時會覺得這些都是老生常談，看不出其中有什麼不知道的新東西。<br />這時，我就會用Notion模板來提醒自己：「牧羊妮妳說得很對，但妳敢不敢打賭，妳在這本書會讀到大量”你沒做過”的事情。不然，妳現在不會只有這樣而已！」<br />被模板嗆完後，我就會默默、認命地開始把學到的東西，一一實踐在日常工作與生活上。</p><p>(如果你看完這篇貼文也有這想法，你就知道該怎麼做了！)</p><p>&#8211; 其實我在設計Notion線上課程的初衷，就是希望能讓大家跟著一步步實際操作，把它融入到工作和生活中。因為「聽課」，只不過是學習的最低境界，「實際操作」、應用、進而改變自己，才是學習的最終目的啊~~</p>								</div>

									<p>&#8211; 我們不但時常高估自己的意志力，也習慣性地低估環境的影響力</p><p>&#8211; 前陣子在拍課程，為了讓自己維持在最好的狀態，除了規律運動外，也嚴格執行168飲食法，只吃早餐和中餐。但人的意志力真的很不靠普，每到晚上，男友買了2大袋麥當勞放在我眼前時，嘴上雖說不想吃，但手卻停不下來的一直拿薯條，還安慰自己說：「今天是個特殊日子！」</p><p>&#8211; 所以想減肥的時候，絕對不要在家裡放上會讓你破戒的食物，因為我們的意志力通常都會先投降。就像想靠意志力堅持每天早起做瑜珈，不如睡前先把瑜珈墊，鋪在房間走到廚房的路上，在覺得礙路的同時，也會因為環境的設計，提醒自己要做瑜珈！</p>								</div>
