									<h1> </h1><h1> </h1><h1><span style="color: #c69c6e;"><strong>原來優雅地拒絕也可以讓你大受歡迎</strong></span></h1><p>牧羊妮，<br />我看你這週二下午的行事曆是空的，<br />所以就直接跟某某廠商約好，<br />進行第一次的合作會議，<br />你準備準備。<br />(&#8230;&#8230;)</p><p>—</p><p>剛進入顧問業工作時，讓我最頭痛的，<br />就是同事把沒禮貌當效率。<br />大家工作都很忙，因此要湊出共同的時間實在不容易。</p><p>所以有個默契，<br />就是會把跟客戶開會的行程，公開在行事曆上，<br />讓同事方便查閱。</p><p>但這樣的方便，卻被當隨便。<br />有些沒禮貌的同事，完全省去詢問的步驟，<br />一看到你那時段有空，就會直接幫你約好會議。<br />根本不管，<br />那是你原本要安排來研究數據，<br />還是思考客戶策略的</p><p>—</p><p>一開始的我不敢拒絕，<br />想說同事一場，不要用的那麼僵，<br />但就是這樣，常把自己搞得分身乏術。</p><p>就像剛剛週二臨時安排的會議，週一才告知，<br />不僅要抱佛腳準備會議內容<br />原本既定的行程，還要自己加班補回。</p><p>最後忍無可忍，<br />我只好把行事曆關閉，<br />逼迫同事一定要先詢問後，才安排。</p><p>但這做法，根本治標不治本！</p><p>—</p><p>直到某天，另一位顧問受不了，當場拒絕對方，<br />並說：「你這樣的不尊重邀約，我是不會出席的。如果需要我參加，請跟客戶重新協調時間。」</p><p>哇！這也太帥了吧！</p><p>因為這次的經驗，讓我深深體驗到<br />原來優雅地拒絕，<br />並不會有損別人對你的尊重，<br />反而會更大受歡迎~~<br />(當然要先有工作上的實力啦~)</p>								</div>
